Man, you are soooo behind times. :)

In teh 1990s, the Harry Fox agency got Olga to shut down as well. Just before it did, bunches of us took backups of the site. And, being the nasty guy that I am, I "inadvertantly" put one of the backup tarballs on a PCQ CD (I won't tell you which, though), to create another 70,000+ backups. :)

Since then, we have been backing up Olga regularly, and try as they might, the bad guys will never be able to kill Olga.

What you are seeing now is just an annual ritual of sorts. :)

But if you insist, you can always grab a copy from one of the zillion of mirrors online where the HFA, MPA etc have no jusristriction.

e.g. http://www.lindesign.se/uwp/, http://getsome.org/guitar/olga/, etc.
